Under this investment criteria, IndeliCap focuses on limited partner equity capital, preferred equity, and mezzanine finance in opportunistic and value-add real estate across the Southeast U.S.

About IndeliCap Founder & CEO, Evan A. Shields

IndeliCap is led by Founder & CEO Evan A. Shields. Evan’s dedicated his life and career to social impact, as a business leader, educator and public servant. He began his career as a 3rd gen teacher in low-income public schools before transitioning to commercial real estate. Over his real estate career, he’s been involved in the investment, development and management of $4.0 B in real estate and affordable housing.

Evan resides in North Miami with his wife, Dr. Adolphia Lauture-Shields, OB/GYN. He serves on the North Miami Board of Adjustment, and as past Chair of both Teach For America Miami-Dade’s Board and UNC’s South Florida Business Alumni Chapter. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from the University of Virginia.
